The Website offers an extensive selection of music scores arranged by Lars Karlin (“Products”). These products are offered either for downloading or may be offered for sale, through online or offline medium, solely at our discretion.
Any user of the Website shall be referred as “User”/ “You”/ “Yours”.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Us. These Terms govern Your access and use of the Website.
Please access and use the Website, only if You are in agreement with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, as displayed on the Website.

All music used on the Website have been validly used in accordance with the Copyright Laws of India. The music used are no longer protected under Copyright laws and are freely available on public domain or are validly permitted by the copyright owner to be used on the Website. Company has been compliant with all Applicable laws in the operation of the Website. “Applicable Laws” for the purposes of these Terms shall be the Intellectual Property Laws of India including but not limited to Copyright Law of India.
You hereby represent and warrant that You shall not copy, use, modify, create derivatives and/or use commercially, any Product that is available on the Website, in violation of these Terms.
All downloadable products will be available in PDF files only. You have the right to use the products for private uses only. Distributing or copying any material is prohibited by law.
The download limit for all downloadable products is one per User. The validity of each downloaded Product shall be 2 days from the date of purchase. You shall not share, distribute, copy, reproduce, modify, tamper or create derivatives of the copied material. We shall be promptly notified if You engage in any of the aforementioned actions and We may at Our sole discretion, choose to commence any legal action against You, including but not limited to theft of intellectual Property, if You are found engaging in the aforementioned prohibited conduct. Arrangements purchased by ensembles and orchestras etc., may only be performed by the purchasing organ and may not be performed by individual members of the ensemble outside of the purchasing organ.
Payment terms
The User may select the Music that they like from the offerings on the Website and if they intend to purchase the same, then add the same to the cart. The User can make the payment using various payment options. We use a third-party payment gateway for the purposes of payment and hence, any payment-related issues should be directly taken up by them. The prices as reflected on the Website, may change from time to time.
Refund Policy
We do not offer returns on digital files, though we reasonably strive to ensure your satisfaction regarding any item bought at lkarrangements.com.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
